5 PRIORITIES TO BE THE EMPLOYER OF CHOICE

Nexity has made 5 commitments to help it be an "employer of choice" for its employees:

  1. Respecting diversity and social demands  by maintaining a lasting and constructive dialogue between employees and management, and ensuring the values of gender diversity and professional equality are implemented. Indeed, the Nexity group firmly believes in the need for dialogue between employees and management and the role of employee representative bodies in supporting and informing employees. To this end, it assumes a socially responsible role by intervening as a true social partner with the employee representative bodies;
  2. Guarantee fair remuneration for individual and collective performance while maintaining solidarity;
  3. Develop talents by offering diversified training and support to enhance employability; and
  4. Promote quality of life at workby offering all employees concrete actions and a full range of measures;
  5. Listen and exchange by creating opportunities to come together and share information between employees from different business activities
